Background:
Originally trained as a physician specializing in Diagnostic Radiology, Vincent has also developed his innate visual, technical and artistic abilities to pursue an avid professional photographic career with over 35 years of experience. His interests include a wide variety of subjects including: Fine Art, Nature, Still Life, Portraiture and Architecture as well as performing custom-commissioned work upon request. Vin strives to pursue and capture dramatic natural light and color in his work as well as exploring the interplay of light and shadow tonality in his black and white imaging.
Vincent’s work has been exhibited and sold in art galleries and privately in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. His images are on display in many private collections and corporate environments. He has received numerous awards for his work and has been selected to exhibit his photography in many juried art shows including those held by various art societies at The Bendheim Gallery and The Flinn Gallery in Greenwich, CT as well as at The Carriage Barn Gallery in New Canaan, CT.
He has been invited to exhibit in one-person shows in galleries in CT and RI in 2002-2011. Vin’s work has been selected for exhibition each year by participating in Art To The Avenue sponsored by and for the benefit of the Greenwich Arts Council from 2003 through 2011. Vincent has also participated in many charitable events by donating his time and his photography for sale or auction to benefit these organizations and their clients.
Art Society Memberships include: The Art Society of Old Greenwich, The Greenwich Art Society, The Greenwich Arts Council and The New Canaan Society for the Arts.
